Both Kingwood Mavericks 9U and Premier Baseball Futures 9U – Curry had their offenses going on Saturday, but Kingwood Mavericks 9U eventually prevailed 12-8.

Kingwood Mavericks 9U got things moving in the first inning. Tucker G drew a walk, scoring one run.Tucker was the

winning pitcher for Kingwood Mavericks 9U. The pitcher allowed four hits and five runs over three and a third innings, striking out five. Ty E and Will S entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Antjony took the loss for Premier Baseball Futures 9U – Curry. The hurler went one and two-thirds innings, allowing six runs on two hits and striking out one.

Kingwood Mavericks 9U coasted to an easy victory over Lone Star Express Lone Star Express 9U Red 9U 11-4 on Saturday
